School Lunch Program

Meal Magic is the software Jefferson is using for food service. This software allows parents to make deposits into their child's account on line, check the balance, and view purchases.

To set up your account go to:

www.SendMoneyToSchool.com

Free/Reduced Lunch Forms must be completed EACH year.

It is now possible to complete the Free/Reduced Form on line.

Once the application is complete you should receive your letter within a day or two. Students will be able to receive breakfast and lunch beginning with the first day of school.

Jefferson Cub Care

Jefferson Cub Care Program offers valuable childcare services to district families. Services are offered at the Jefferson Early Childhood Center located at 1960 Hurd Road for infants, toddlers, and school age children. Latchkey services are also being offered. Update to Home Access Center (HAC) available to all parents. Sign up now on Home Access Center to get email alerts when your children are absent or when grades have been updated on HAC.

Once you are logged into HAC, select the Email Alerts tab and check the boxes. Save. It's that easy!

If your email address is not on file, select the Registration Tab in HAC and click 'Edit Information'. You can add your email address in that area.
If you do not have your Home Access user name/password, contact your child's school office.

Enroll your child in a Jefferson Preschool Program

3 year olds program meets two days per week from 9:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
4 year olds program meets four days per week in either the morning or the afternoon
Young 5's program meets five days per week in either the morning or afternoon
