Congratulations to the following seniors, who have received scholarships. Seniors are encouraged to let their counselors know when they receive acceptance letters and scholarship notices. Last year's Senior Class earned just over $1.2 million. This year's class has its hands full if it wants to surpass that lofty number.  As of May 14, we have totaled $1,426,600.

Charlie Sanders Scholarship Fund offers student/athletes opportunities - Thursday, April 01, 2010

The Charlie Sanders Scholarship Fund, in coordination with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), will offer scholarships to student-athletes. An official transcript, an application, an essay, a letter of recommendation and a resume are all due by the May 25 deadline. To access the scholarship, seniors should see Mr. Sontag. Only complete application packets will be accepted.

Jeptha Wade Schureman Scholarship - Tuesday, November 11, 2008
The Schureman Scholarship Program provides children who have lost their fathers because of death or loss of parental rights with a scholarship of $7,500 for use at one of the 15 public universities in Michigan. Applicants must have at least a 3.0 gpa, demonstrate leadership and character through extra curricular activities, service in school and in the community, volunteer involvement and paid work experience. They must also select a major that leads to a career in law, dentistry, nursing or medicine. Deadline to apply is June 1. Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants to offer scholarships - Tuesday, November 29, 2011

The Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants firm will offer various scholarships to deserving seniors. The deadline is June 15. The award is worth $1,000. To apply for this scholarship, seniors will need to write an essay on the topic below. The essay should be between 500 and 1000 words. The submissions must be sent to the company  by email (scholarships@abbottandfenner.com). Seniors need to include the name and location of the school she is presently attending. The essay question: What was the most difficult time in your life, and why?
